Reiki

A reiki healing appointment involves a holistic approach to wellness, where a practitioner uses gentle touch or places their hands near the recipient's body to channel healing energy. During the session, you can expect a calming atmosphere, often enhanced by soft music and dim lighting. The practitioner will typically start by discussing your intentions and any specific concerns you may have. As you lie down fully clothed, the practitioner will move through various positions, focusing on energy centers known as chakras. Many clients report feelings of deep relaxation, warmth, or tingling sensations during the session. After the treatment, there is often time for reflection and discussion about your experience, as well as recommendations for ongoing self-care.
